Vadim is a spirited supporter of financial health.

As Vice President, Credit Management, he is responsible for Gerber’s field examination program, approval of credit requests and monthly analysis of financial reporting.  He also ensures that prospective borrowers and existing clients are compliant with covenants.

A native of Russia, Vadim came to the United States in 1993 to continue his education in finance and joined the Gerber team in 2000, bringing a strong background in asset-based lending.   Affable by nature, he is celebrated by colleagues and clients alike for his incredible sense of humor and personal approach to lending.
